Southland Federal Credit Union encourages you to become part of our credit union family.

Our field of membership is made up of persons who live, work, worship, or attend school in and businesses and other legal entities located in Angelina, Houston and Trinity County, Texas; also members of their immediate families, and organizations of such persons.

It is easy to join, just stop by either of our two locations. It only takes a few minutes to join. All you will need is a valid id (such as a drivers license or military id) and we will need to know your social security number. You become a member by opening a basic savings account. Once you have the savings account you may also open other account types, such as a checking account, IRA (individual retirement account) or invest in a certificate of deposit. You can even apply for a loan!

We do have a $5.00 processing fee to open the basic share account and ask that our new members make an initial deposit of at least $25.00.
